Shipping policy

Online orders are dispatched on Wednesdays.

Please order any time or day before 10pm on Tuesday, for the Wednesday dispatch.

If your order is placed after 10pm on Tuesday, it will be dispatched the following Wednesday.

We ship items via Royal Mail 24h tracked. This service states 1-2 working days for delivery from dispatch. Delivery within 24hrs is not guaranteed, but it usually delivered within this time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Unfortunately orders are placed at your own risk, we cannot be held responsible if Royal Mail deliver later than you expected.

There is the option to upgrade to Royal Mail Special Delivery. Please use this option if you need your order by a specific date.

Please check your email confirmation to make sure all details are correct (house number/ postcode etc) this could be sent to your junk folder. If the information is incorrect, please contact us immediately, as once the parcel has been dispatched there is nothing we can do to correct any errors.

The service we use with Royal Mail means they won’t post them through a letterbox, if you aren’t going to be at the shipping address, you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a re-delivery or collect instead, however this can cause a delay therefore, if you do so, you take full responsibility for the delay of the item.

Please only chase orders/contact us if 4 days from the dispatch date have passed and you still haven't received your parcel and the tracking hasn't shown an attempted delivery. Before this time please keep an eye on your tracking information. Tracking information is uploaded and emailed to you once the item is dispatched.

We do not have access to any more information than you do, please use your tracking details.

Brownies, blondies & cookie pies should be refrigerated once delivered. Bring to room temperature or microwave for s few seconds to enjoy the best flavour & texture! Items are best eaten within 6 days of dispatch.
