Online orders are dispatched Tues, Wed & Thurs. Please order before 10am for same day dispatch.

If your order is placed after 10am, it will be dispatched the following working day. We do not dispatch any orders on Mondays, Fridays & weekends.

We ship items via Royal Mail 24h tracked. This service states 1-2 working days for delivery from dispatch. Delivery within 24hrs is not guaranteed, but it usually delivered within this time. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail.

Please check your email confirmation to make sure all details are correct (house number / postcode etc) this could be sent to your junk folder. If the information is incorrect, please contact us immediately, as once the parcel has been dispatched there is nothing we can do to correct any errors.

The service we use with Royal Mail means they won’t post them through a letterbox, if you aren’t going to be at the shipping address, you can go on the tracking email / text you get from Royal Mail and select a ‘safe place’ a ‘neighbour’ or to re arrange a re-delivery or collect instead, however this can cause a delay therefore, if you do so, you take full responsibility for the delay of the item.

Please do contact us if 4 days from the dispatch date have passed and you still haven't received your parcel, before this time please keep an eye on your tracking information. Tracking information is uploaded and emailed to you once the item is dispatch.

Please refrigerate your order upon delivery. Allow to come to room temperature before eating. Items are best eaten within 5 days of dispatch.
